We ship Australia wide using Sendle's carbon neutral courier services to deliver Australia-wide.  

SHIPPING 

Sendle need a physical address to send our bags to, so we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations.

We require a signature on delivery to make sure your order is delivered safely to your door. You can also use Sendle's Authority to Leave (ATL) with details of where to leave your package unattended. Note that Sendle cannot call on approach. Don't worry, if you're not home and haven't left an ATL, Sendle will attempt another delivery.  

If they still can't deliver, you'll be notified of where you can collect your package from one of over 1,400 collection points across the country. This may include newsagents or petrol stations - it depends on where you live and what's in Sendle's local network of collection points.

When we receive your order we:

  1. Process the order in 1 -2 business days– collect stock, wrap, package and get it ready for posting.

  2. Ship the order – the parcel is collected by Sendle's network of couriers and is dispatched to you.

If there is an issue with stock or we think your order will be delayed we will let you know within 24 hours of your order. 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Depending on where you live and whether you are home to receive the delivery the first time, our bags will arrive between 2 and 4 days after your order.

Rest of Australia - $11.90
International - from $13.45

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We accept exchanges where you have changed your mind. We must be notified within 14 days of purchase and the items must be in their original packaging, unused and unmarked. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept products for exchange once they have been used.  Please note you will need to cover the costs for returning the product and the replacement product shipment. In the unlikely event that you have received an item which is faulty, please contact us to arrange a prompt replacement, or a refund if required. We will email you clear instructions to return the product and arrange a refund or exchange.
