We ship across Australia using courier company Sendle, a B Group Certified and carbon neutral delivery company. Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please contact us if you have a query regarding shipping before making an order.

We accept exchanges for unused bags within 14 days of purchase along with your proof of purchase and all original packaging intact. Please email us to arrange for exchange at returns@themarketbagco.com. Please be aware you will need to cover the cost of posting the item back, and the cost of shipping the new order back to you.

In the unlikely event that our products arrive with you damaged or faulty, we offer full refunds or exchange. The products must be unused, unwashed and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please email us at returns@themarketbagco.com to arrange your replacement or refund. You may be entitled to a refund of delivery charges.

We aim to dispatch within 2 days of your order, and Sendle will deliver within 1-7 business days.

Postage is FREE when you spend over $100. All our bags are shipped in compostable mailers and we only use recycled paper. Australia-wide door to door courier service is just $9.90. All packages are tracked via email and SMS. Please check authority to leave if there's a safe place to leave your parcel. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Locked Bags, Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collect Locations. Don't worry if you're not home. Sendle will attempt to redeliver and if they still can't reach you, you can collect from one of over 1400 local collection points.
